We’re transporting you to the Emerald Isle for our next Distiller’s Dinner, with Irish-inspired cocktails featuring our trio of whiskeys. Enjoy a special four-course dinner, with featured unique cocktail pairings. Our head distiller will discuss the creation of our unique spirits as she walks you through a tasting of them individually.

This month’s featured spirits are Colorado Bourbon Whiskey, American Single Malt Whiskey, and Rye Whiskey.

Your ticket includes 4 tasters, 4 full-sized cocktails, 4 paired plates, and live music.

This month's course menu:

• Irish Rarebit and Potato Leek Soup
• Bacon, Beet, and Spinach Salad with Irish Bleu Cheese Dressing
• Cottage Pie
• Sticky Toffee Pudding

(Menu subject to change based on ingredient availability.)

Advanced tickets are required and space is limited. As this is a tasting dinner, we are unable to accommodate dining restrictions and substitutions.

Please help keep our staff and other guests safe and healthy. Wear a mask when not seated and adhere to our strict social distancing policies. Groups of no more than 8 are permitted at a table.

Our space is an easy drop off and pick up location for any ride share. Please be responsible and consider taking a ride share to the event.
