Picture the seductive foods, exotic arts, and ancient wonders at the crossroads of the Mediterranean. The Ancient Islands of Santorini, Sicily, Mallorca and Pico were shaped by volcanoes that laid waste to the land but formed the foundation for some of the world’s most iconic wines, while the cuisine is a modern representation of cultures thousands of years old.

Join the team at Barcelona Wine Bar for an immersive, wine-paired dinner event that will explore and celebrate the food and wines in an escapist experience. The deep dive includes Chef's Greek Salad, with barley paired with 2018 Volcanic Terroir, Santo Wines, Assyrtiko, Santorini, Greece; classic Sicilian Pasta Con Le Sarde paired with 2017 Catarratto, Iniceri, Abbiso, Sicily, Italy; a fresh interpretation of Braised Beef Cheeks, with pickled gin cucumbers and fresh radish paired with 2016 4 Kilos, Gallinas y Focas, Manto Negro, Syrah, Mallorca, Spain; and a Portuguese inspired Lemon Sole Bacalao, with swiss chard and lemon-butter sauce paired with 2016 Isabella a Proibida, Azores Wine Company, Isabella, Pico, Portugal.
