The Noble Riot Somm's Table, is our own unique spin on the classic "chef's table", featuring an intimate dinner party built entirely around the perspective of the sommelier. For this very special dinner, Sommelier Scott Mattson and chef Dustin Beckner are joined by Vicente Peñalba Lopez from the highly regarded Finca Torremilanos in Spain. Inspired the culinary/wine traditions of Castilla y Leon, Spain, this Somm's Table will feature five courses and four wines.
