River North Festival Grounds: a 2.25 acre paved, fenced, outdoor space located at 3715 Chestnut Place. This venue has hosted events like the RiNo Music Festival, Chicken Fight Fest, and Top Taco Denver.
3722 Chestnut Place: a 10,000 sq. ft. industrial event space with amenities which opens to a paved asphalt lot. It is located next to the Blue Moon Brewery
