The team at Barcelona Wine Bar invites guests to a Gintonic masterclass, “Welcome to Gintonica,” for an evening of botanical beverages and exotic spice exploration. You’ll adventure through four wildly different gins, tonics, and matched garnishes partnered with a special dish - all brought together to enhance their unique flavors and gathered from points around the globe.

The experience will launch with Gin Mare, gin pot-distilled an old chapel in the once-small fishing port of Vilanova i la Geltrú and paired with a mushroom soup, mushroom bacon and Manchego. Second course will be a sampling of the Malfy Rosa from Moncalieri, served with salt cod Montadito, while the third course will be FEW Spirits, a barrel-aged and botanical gin, paired with clams in gin and chorizo. Finally, the fourth course is a Tarta de Santiago served with an herbaceous yerbe mate gin from Los Apostales, Mendoza, Argentina.
