Special tax district focused upon business and creative support, mobility and public realm enhancements.
With all the changes happening in this area, our BID puts greater control of the district in our stakeholders’ hands and allows us to leverage our collective resources to ensure this community retains its unique character and remains affordable, and economically and socially vibrant.
The BID assesses commercial property in nearly all of RiNo to generate funding for projects and programming in four key areas:
- Advocacy
- Placemaking
- Marketing and Branding
- Supporting RiNo’s Artists, Creatives and Businesses
The RiNo BID board currently consists of board members from the RiNo BID area and must include a mix of artists, creatives, property owners and business owners.

General Board Meeting Information
- Time and Date: Typically every 4th Wednesday of the month from 3-5pm
- Location: In-person or Zoom
- Meeting Materials: Agenda and meeting location information is posted a day before the meeting in the Upcoming Meetings section of this webpage
- Public Attendance: BID Board meetings are open to the public with the exception of Executive Session agenda items. Meetings are held in person or virtually via zoom, and community members may attend in person or virtually by:
