Special tax district focused upon public realm enhancements within its statutory area of focus.

The RiNo GID helps our area collectively plan, fund, and implement public infrastructure improvements to our community, as well as pay for maintenance.

The RiNo GID assesses commercial and residential property in primarily the western half of the RiNo boundaries to generate funding for infrastructure improvements to the public realm, as well as maintenance.

The RiNo GID was created to fund physical infrastructure projects in the westside of RiNo – from enhancements to Brighton Blvd and new sidewalks to improvements to the riverfront.

The RiNo GID board currently consists of board members from the RiNo GID area and must include a mix of artists, creatives, property owners and residents.
