Guests will enjoy the multi-course elevated dinner with pairings like Hamachi Crudo with Blanton’s Bourbon & Traveller Whiskey; Smoked Chicken Raviolo with Weller Special Reserve; Seared Scallops with Sea Island rice pea succotash and saffron lobster butter paired with the Bourbon & Bubbles cocktail (bourbon, Martini Fiero, grapefruit, hibiscus, honey and bubbles); Coal-Fired NY Strip with black garlic potato puree and aged sherry glace paired with the Revolver cocktail (Traveller whiskey, espresso liqueur, and orange bitters); and a Rocky Road Tart with mixed nut Florentine, Swiss meringue, and coffee caramel paired with the Buffalo Soldier cocktail, Buffalo Trace bourbon with toasted pecans, maple syrup and mole bitters.
