- Dates: May 1–2 (Derby weekend)
- Drop-off Hours: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Entry Type: Consignment (loan form required at submission)
Exhibition Dates
- On View: May 4 – May 11
- Extended Display: Winning and honorable mention pieces remain on view for an additional week
Participation Notes
- A $4 purchase of hot or iced tea is suggested at the time of entry
- Featuring a selection of 19 loose-leaf teas
- Derby weekend specials include Mint Juleps and bourbon tasting flights

- Community voting will determine “Best Hat”
