Artists receive 60% of sale proceeds. Non-refundable entry fee of $35 for up to 3 pieces.
HOME: States of Belonging is a juried exhibition of contemporary photo-based work exploring home through identity, memory, movement, family, and community. Photography, video, collage, installation, archival work, and alternative image-making processes are welcome.
Timeline:
- July 17–October 12, 2026: Call for entries
- December 18, 2026: Shipped artwork due
- December 21–22, 2026: Hand-delivery
- January 14–March 28, 2027: Exhibition
Compensation
Artists receive 60% of sale proceeds. Arvada Center and Colorado Photographic Arts Center each retain 20%. Artwork does not need to be for sale.
Application Fee
$35 for up to three pieces. Limited scholarships are available for artists experiencing economic hardship, BIPOC artists, and LGBTQIA+ artists.
How to Apply
Submit up to three pieces through Call for Entry. JPG images must accurately represent the artwork and exclude framing and background. Email galleries@arvadacenter.org to request a fee scholarship.
