Create your own delightfully chonky pet or favorite animal in this playful handbuilding pottery workshop at Community Clay. Using traditional handbuilding techniques, participants will sculpt, decorate, and glaze one or more miniature clay animals—no pottery wheel or prior experience required.
The two-hour class includes all materials, tools, glazing, and firing, plus one pound of clay, enough to create several small pets or a pet with accessories. Finished pieces will be ready for pickup in approximately three weeks.
The workshop takes place Saturday, August 1, from 6–8 PM and is open to all skill levels.
