This six-week intensive course introduces the fundamentals of construction projects and their relationship to interior design. Students will learn about the sequence of events in a construction project, the systems involved in bringing a project to completion, and how to work effectively with contractors.
Coursework covers key project milestones, construction schedules, project estimates, and the management of a construction project from conception through completion.
Prerequisite:
Fundamentals of Interior Design or equivalent industry experience
