We’re turning one, and celebrating with CORSICA UNCORKED: PREMIER ANNIVERSAIRE! It’s been an incredible year with you--our hearts are anchored here at the corner of 28th and Walnut, so we’re throwing a wine tasting party like no other! 30 of our favorite cellar bottles opened simultaneously in a cocktail-style, walk-around event so you can freely taste through the wildly varied terrains, flavors, and stories of our wine list. And you won’t go hungry-- as you explore, Chef Jeff Armstrong will weave in snacks and small plates, thoughtfully curated to compliment your experience.
When we built our award-winning wine list, we dove deep into Corsica and its neighboring regions, exploring areas rich in history, culture, and winemaking tradition. The result? A cellar packed with over 200 bottles of wines we can’t stop talking about. France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Germany, Austria, Slovenia, Croatia, Greece--some seriously cool wines to enjoy. We can’t wait to celebrate our birthday with you!
