The Artists' Fellowship provides emergency financial assistance to professional visual artists and their families experiencing hardship due to illness, natural disaster, bereavement, or other serious emergencies. Aid is awarded as unrestricted financial support and does not require repayment. Eligible applicants must be practicing visual artists residing in the United States or its territories with a demonstrated professional history. Applications are accepted year-round, with reviews conducted monthly from September through June.
