Bonfils-Stanton Foundation's Equity-Focused Leadership Grants provide up to $20,000 in unrestricted funding to organizations supporting inclusive and representative leadership development. The program focuses on organizations nurturing community-rooted, civic, and social sector leaders, particularly BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and/or adults with disabilities.
Eligible organizations must be Colorado-based 501(c)(3) nonprofits or fiscally sponsored organizations with operating budgets under $2 million. Organizations must have provided leadership programming for adults 18 and older for at least two years and be based in, with the majority of their programming taking place in, Denver, Adams, Arapahoe, or Jefferson counties.
Timeline:
- July 30, 2026: Applications open
- August 28, 2026, 5 PM MT: Applications due
- October 2026: Awards announced
Grant awards will be determined through a community panel process. Eligible applicants may receive one Bonfils-Stanton Foundation unrestricted operating or project grant within a 12-month period.
