Compensation (Budget, Stipend, etc):
$35–$40 per hour. Project-based independent contractor role; paid hours may include planning, preparation, facilitation, and follow-up.
Art & Color Collective is building a roster of Spanish-English bilingual teaching artists and facilitators for upcoming arts, youth, and community programs. Applicants should have experience teaching or mentoring middle and high school youth, a creative practice or arts education background, and a culturally responsive approach to supporting identity, belonging, wellness, and self-expression.
Schedule:
Primarily weekday afternoons after school, with occasional weekend opportunities.
Eligibility:
- Fully bilingual in Spanish and English
- Experience teaching, mentoring, or facilitating with youth or communities
- Experience working with middle and high school students preferred
- Commitment to inclusive, culturally responsive arts programming
