Starting at $17 per hour plus tips.
The Dairy Arts Center seeks a part-time Patron Services Associate to support front-of-house operations across its theaters, box office, cinema, and café. Responsibilities include assisting patrons, coordinating event operations, supporting presenters and renters, overseeing volunteers, processing ticketing and sales, and maintaining a welcoming guest experience.
Schedule:
Flexible part-time hours, including nights and weekends. Weekday availability and occasional daytime staff meetings may also be required.
Eligibility:
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience required
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with CRM, POS, and ticketing software preferred; Spektrix and Square experience is a plus
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and an appreciation for performing, cinematic, musical, and visual arts
- TIPS training required and provided by the organization; CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications are a plus
Working Conditions:
Requires standing or walking for up to eight hours per shift and lifting up to 25 pounds, with occasional assistance needed for heavier items.
