RedLine is excited to present "Joel Swanson: I Know You Are But What Am I," a pop-up exhibition running from April 12 to April 22, 2025.

Curated by Cortney Lane Stell, Executive Director of Black Cube Denver, this limited-time exhibition will occupy RedLine’s Project Space and rooftop, bringing together a selection of text-based works, video, and sculptures Swanson created from 2015 to the present.

An early alumnus of RedLine’s Artist Residency, Joel Swanson returns with a thought-provoking and personal exploration of language and identity.

Through his innovative use of semiotics and symbolism, Swanson reflects on his experiences as a queer man, while exploring broader societal issues of marginalization and the process of "othering."

Redine is open Tuesday through Sunday, 11am–5pm.
