La Vie En Rose opens its doors in RiNo on First Friday, bringing a Parisian-inspired champagne and cocktail bar to the former Noble Riot space at 2636 Walnut St. The new concept from Scott and Nicole Mattson features an Art Nouveau-inspired interior with plush seating, velvet curtains, and a bar built around a Champagne bowl.
The beverage program includes more than 120 Champagne options by the bottle, wines by the glass, and cocktails featuring French spirits such as cognac and armagnac. The food menu offers Champagne-friendly small plates, including savory petit fours, steak tartare, a grand gougère with mornay sauce, and popcorn fried chicken.
