Making Space is the first installment in our 2025 series, "Tools for the Creative Life". In partnership with LiveWork Denver, this 2 workshop series brings together artists, developers, and businesses to explore how art + creativity and development can build mutually beneficial methods for activating, leasing, and/or purchasing space in an ever-changing district.
Through open dialogue, facilitated conversations, collaboration, and shared resources, Making Space aims to have honest, generative conversations around space needs, capacity of the market and ways to bridge the gap between artistic vision and urban growth. Join us in exploring opportunities of unconventional place-making, rent or buy feasibility, and analysis of obstacles in the district from both the creative and development perspectives.
