A few special nights per year, Nocturne presents an original five course dinner experience called Renditions, that explores the aesthetics of iconic albums and artists through flavor, texture, and emotion. Renditions Dinners include interactive conversations and culinary discussions by Chef Greg Weadick, the musicians on stage and Nocturne co-owners Scott & Nicole Mattson.

In the weeks leading up to the Renditions Dinner, chef Greg and Scott dive deep into the selected music, using various melodies, themes, lyrics and related stories to inspire five original courses that are paired to a live performance of the works featured. For Renditions Volume 34, we look to the golden era of jazz and dig into the hard bop classic "The Bridge" by Sonny Rollins. On stage we are delighted to host the Seth Lewis Quartet as they perform the works from the album alongside the corresponding dishes.
