A North Denver homeowner is seeking local artists or muralists for a paid residential commission near 42nd Avenue and Perry Street. The project involves transforming a narrow exterior passageway between a newly constructed home and garage into a vibrant "graffiti alley" featuring street art-inspired murals.
Artists are invited to collaborate on concepts, develop rough mockups, and ultimately create one or more original works once construction is complete. The space will feature neutral gray stucco walls and is envisioned as a collection of distinct yet cohesive pieces that create an engaging visual journey through the alley.
The opportunity may be suitable for a single artist or a small group of artists interested in contributing individual works. Compensation will be discussed directly with the property owners.
