Rook isn't your average bar. It's a high-above-the-street hangout built for thinkers, gamers, and mischief-makers. Not a sports bar—but you'll toast to your wins. Not a library—but being clever definitely pays off.

Challenge friends to classic card games like gin rummy and poker, or settle in for epic board game showdowns ranging from quick-witted Scrabble matches to strategic Risk campaigns. Our vintage pool tables invite friendly competition, while daily riddles reward sharp minds with drink specials. Sip on house creations like the Rowdy Rowdy with Jack Rye and Fernet, the smoky-sweet Under Pressure featuring Montelobos mezcal and coconut, or the tropical Electric Avenue blending Mount Gay rum with banana and pineapple. Our cheeky shot menu includes Green Tea and Ferrari—each available with a Hamm's beer sidecar for those looking to raise the stakes.

Rook is an intimate social clubhouse where clever cocktails meet classic gameplay, located atop the Catbird Hotel in RiNo. Reimagining what a rooftop bar can be, Rook combines the vibe of a house party with a classic pool hall, designed to bring back the art of face-to-face interaction. Blending curated chaos with irreverent energy, the space comes alive with daily riddles for drink deals, late-night backgammon duels, and rooftop "pool parties" (the kind with cue sticks, not swimsuits), as well as classic card games and board game showdowns. Guests can enjoy a curated selection of cocktails, shots, and large-format drinks, plus a snack menu.
