Sahand Tabatabai has made his way across the Atlantic, through New York City to Colorado and into the Denver Art Museum. A quiet storyteller using the brush as his word and quantum theory as his inspiration. Sahand’s work epitomizes the energy of life with everything in motion calling out to us by illustrating our connections to each other, to nature, and our memories. Utilizing a unique form of abstraction in some works, Sahand hides things in others, storytelling with his figurative skills in others.

fooLPRoof contemporary art gallery invites you to experience the artist’s aesthetic interpretation of the unseen existence of quanta. The work achieves the illumination of this unknown world through kinetic brushwork and the blending of science and the power of intuition. A select group of figurative works by the artist will also be on view.

Part of fooLPRoof contemporary art gallery since 2021, we are excited to present Sahand’s work in this solo exhibition, Everything in Motion, a survey of Sahand’s paintings and his little known (here in Colorado) sculpture.

Opening November 7th, 2025, at fooLPRoof contemporary art gallery in RiNo and running through late December in entirety. A not-to-miss exhibition leading us into and through the holiday season.

Opening Reception First Friday November 7th, 6–10pm

Hoping to celebrate our gallery expansion and the new addition of a cognac bar, The Gallery, during Sahand’s exhibition. It will be a perfect place and time to gather with friends, family, art and conversation. Gracious for this moment to consider life, love of life, and art.
