The AllHealth Network Foundation presents The Art of Connection, a free evening celebrating creativity, healing, and mental health through the artwork of Denver artist Lauren Glad. Glad’s encaustic paintings combine beeswax, pigment, and fire to create richly layered, textured works. Her first solo exhibition, What Breaks Through, explores how people move through hardship and create new meaning.
Guests can experience Glad’s artwork, including pieces honoring people whose lives have been touched by AllHealth Network’s behavioral health and recovery services. The evening also features a personal story of hope and healing, a preview of the new AllHealth Crisis and Recovery Center, complimentary food, and an opportunity to connect with others who care about mental health. One guest will be selected to receive an original painting by Glad.
