Yoga & Painting with McKenzie Parrott combines a morning yoga class with a hands-on art workshop in The Ramble Hotel's outdoor courtyard, The Garden. The day begins with yoga led by 500-hour registered yoga instructor Amor Flores, followed by refreshments and a guided painting session with spring Artist in Residence McKenzie Parrott.
Participants will customize a canvas tote using floral stencils and then create a fresh flower bouquet from The Wild Rose Flower Co. to take home in their finished tote.
Yoga begins at 10 AM, with the painting workshop following. The event concludes at 1 PM.
