RiNo Art District (RAD) is a 501(c)3 nonprofit arts organization dedicated to fostering a welcoming, creative community where a diversity of artists, residents and businesses thrive. We champion the arts, artists, and creative culture that define RiNo Art District through public art, programming, events, and advocacy for the diverse communities we serve. We are a certified Colorado Creative District and overlay five historic neighborhoods: Globeville, Elyria-Swansea, Five Points and Cole. Over the last decade, RiNo Art District formed both a Business Improvement District (BID) and General Improvement District (GID) - effective January 1, 2026 those entities separated formally from oversight by the district and have their own leadership teams. What has not changed is RiNo Art District's commitment to supporting the Denver arts and business communities through advocacy, artist support, cultural vitality, and vibrant community-centered programming and events.
