Founded in 2017, The Block Distilling Co. is a Denver-based distillery that does things the hard way. The long way. Taking raw ingredients, using industrial equipment, and blending culinary and chemistry methods to create grain-to-glass, artful, unapologetic spirits. It’s not the only way, but it’s our way. Because a good drink does not discriminate. The Block has carefully crafted an array of gins, whiskeys, amaros, liqueurs, and culinary-inspired cocktails for retail and on-site enjoyment from their tasting room located in Denver’s River North Art District.
