Join the RiNo Art District on Friday, Oct. 25, and Saturday, Oct. 26 for a spooktacular weekend of events celebrating Halloween in the District.
“Halloweekend is one more example of how we champion the arts and support local businesses, while creating exciting, inclusive experiences for our entire community,” said Alye Sharp, Executive Director of Programs and Partnerships at RiNo Art District. “These events are a great way to bring people together and highlight the District's creative spirit and entrepreneurial energy. We encourage everyone to come out, enjoy the festivities, and explore all that RiNo has to offer!"
On Friday, Oct. 25, Tracks will host Drag Nation: Queen of the Dolls, featuring special guest Sapphira Cristál from RuPaul’s Drag Race Season 16. This 18+ event promises an unforgettable night of drag performances, music, and a $1,000 cash prize costume contest. Doors open at 8 p.m.
Other Halloweekend events taking place at Tracks include Escape the Dollhouse on Saturday, Oct. 26, featuring DJs CINDEL, Garthy Garth, JT, and G2, and a $2,000 cash prize costume contest.
On Saturday, Oct. 26, the RiNo Halloweekend Market will take over the block at Larimer & 29th Street from 12-4 p.m. featuring treats and treasures from over 30 local artisans and small businesses, along with:
- Live Music by the Alex Blocker Band from 12-2 p.m. and Old Denver Vinyl’s DJ set with Juan and Khalil from 2-4 p.m.
- Free DIY screen printing for the first 100 attendees
- Complimentary Halloween-themed prints from Lucy Holtsnider for the first 100 attendees
- A pet costume contest with prizes
- Food trucks and specials from neighboring businesses like Federales, Ratio, Odell’s, Finn’s Manor, Block Distilling, and Barcelona
