August's festival celebrates the opening of Welcome Back, RiNo Art District's 20th anniversary exhibition, guest curated by RiNo co-founder Jill Hadley Hooper and Denver curator Jonas Sanchez. Spanning the Truss House and the new RiNo ArtPark Gallery & Welcome Center, the exhibition brings together nearly 50 artists whose work reflects the people, places, and creative spirit that have shaped RiNo over the past two decades.
The evening also marks the grand opening celebration of RiNo Art District's new Welcome Center, a central hub for district news, creative programming, events, artist resources, and visitor information.
Enjoy live performances from Denver power pop and garage rock band The Mañanas (6 PM) and experimental musician Polly Urethane (7 PM), then browse a curated market featuring local artists and makers.
