Sabor Comunitario hosts an evening celebrating Día de Muertos, Latin American culture, food, music, and community while raising funds to support its culinary and entrepreneurship program for residents and community members in Globeville, Elyria-Swansea.
The event features Latin American food prepared, cooked, and served by Sabor Comunitario students, along with a live DJ, photo booth, Lotería, a community Día de Muertos altar, and a Catrina & Catrín costume contest. Additional food, handmade goods, and cultural products will also be available for purchase.
Individual tickets are $90 and couples tickets are $170. Both include access to all food stations and two aguas frescas per person. Proceeds support Sabor Comunitario students and the program's next phase focused on entrepreneurship.
