NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors of the RiNo GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT, within the City and County of Denver, State of Colorado, will hold a special meeting at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, the 7th day of December, 2023, at Collegiate Peaks Bank 3655 Brighton Boulevard, Denver, CO 80216, for the purpose of consideration of financial and project updates, and to conduct such other business as may properly come before the Board.

The meeting is open to the public.
