A few special nights per year, our team creates and presents an original five course dinner experience that explores the aesthetics of iconic albums and artists through flavor, texture, and emotion. Renditions Dinners include interactive chats and in depth course explanations by Chef Travis, the musicians on stage, and Nocturne co-owners Scott & Nicole Mattson.
In the weeks leading up to the Renditions Dinner chef Travis and Scott dive deep into the selected music, using various melodies, themes, lyrics and related stories to inspire five original courses that are paired to a live performance of the works featured.
