How to Participate: All community members are welcome to observe the public hearing. If you’d like to provide public comment (three-minutes per individual) at the hearing, either virtually or in person, please sign up here.

Sign-ups for virtual statements will close at 3:00 PM on November 13th. For those wishing to provide statements in person, sign-ups will be accepted on-site at ReelWorks on November 13th at 5:00 PM.

Parking Information: Parking validation will be provided for The Hub RiNo, located at 3847 N Downing St, Denver, CO 80205. Please bring your parking ticket with you to the event, as validations will be provided at check-in.

Light catering will be provided.

Important information about speaking at the hearing:

• Sign up to speak at the hearing here.
• You may speak in person, via Zoom, or by phone. Virtual/phone attendees will be provided with the Zoom link or dial-in after signing up.
• Each speaker will have a three-minute time limit. A countdown clock will be visible to indicate the remaining time. You cannot give your unused time to other speakers.
• You should plan on being present at ReelWorks or on Zoom shortly before 5:00 p.m.

• Speak clearly into the microphone and introduce yourself.
• Begin by stating your name, whether you are a business or property owner, and your business name and location (if desired).
• Refrain from using profanity or making personal attacks during your comments.
• There will be no rebuttal or questions for the board.
• Turn off cell phones or other devices that may cause disruptions.
• Virtual participants, you will have the camera off during the meeting and will be muted until it is your turn to speak.
• Additional speakers who did not sign up in advance but arrive in person may be permitted to speak on the day of the hearing, time allowing.
