Every last Sunday of the month join art therapist Sarah for intentional workshops that focus on the nervous system, mindfulness, and creative coping skills.
Journey Books are a book project focused on self reflection, creating pathways of pages for us to explore our own stories. Journey Books foster self-discovery and use mixed media to allow us to visually tell a narrative across a landscape of pages. We choose from a variety of prompts (or maybe you know what story you want to tell and come with an idea in mind) and collage, paint, or draw our way across each page.
✨No art experience needed, all are welcome.
