Heidi West is a fourth generation native to Colorado and paints vibrantly colorful abstracted landscapes focused on the parallel between internal experiences and physical space. She teaches art at Thornton High School, works out of a studio at Globeville Riverfront Arts Center, and shows work at Gallery 1505 in the Platt Park neighborhood in South Denver.
