2019

In 2019, the RiNo Art District received a grant from Historic Denver to create a series of interpretive signage around the district that celebrates the historic street names. Some of the names go back as far as the 1800’s even before Denver was a county. We highlighted streets like Walnut that used to be Holladay Street and Brighton Boulevard that used to be called Wewatta. Watch for the signs as you circulate the district.
