
Artist Residency Program
NO VACANCY 2024 took over two vacant Five Points warehouses, providing 10 local artists with $5,000 stipends to transform the buildings at 3911 and 3925 Walnut Street into immersive art installations, including performance art, digital media, and more. The spaces were donated for use by owner Uplands Real Estate Partners, which is planning future development on the site.

NO VACANCY 2023 was hosted in partnership with the property owner, EDENS, and sponsored by Davis Partnership Architects and Ratio Beerworks. The space, formerly the IMAC building, was vacant and slated for demolition. Five artists wrote the final chapter for the building by transforming it into a dynamic pop-up artist exhibition.

NO VACANCY launched in 2021, converting an underutilized 10,000-square-foot warehouse at 3722 Chestnut Pl. into temporary studio spaces for 16 resident artists.
