Senior Property Tax Exemption
A property tax exemption is available for Colorado residents who, by Jan. 1 of the year you apply, are age 65 or older, and have owned and lived in your home (as your primary residence) for 10 consecutive years or more. You can apply for a Senior Property Tax Exemption before July 15 of the year you apply. After this date, applications will not be accepted until January 2 of the following year. Details HERE
