As formerly industrial sites become redeveloped for commercial and residential use around the Brighton Boulevard Corridor, RiNo is committed to supporting the creation of a coherent and high quality public realm. Since 2018, we have been working with local landowners, businesses, and civic stakeholders and have produced four streetscape masterplans. These masterplans provide developers working on Chestnut Place, Delgany Street, Wynkoop Street, and 36th Street with 30% design blueprints that can be integrated into their overall proposals and submitted to the City and County of Denver as part of the overall Site Development Plan (SDP) submission. Only by working together, across site ownership boundaries, can we create a truly great public realm in this rapidly evolving area.
