Fresco Individual Artist
Tier 1A Investment: $55/year ($4.58/Month)
Qualifications: Open to all Colorado artists and art educators

Tier 1B Investment: Tax-deductible — Sliding Scale
Qualifications: Open to all Colorado residents (do not have to live in Denver or RiNo)

Incubator
Tier 2 Investment: $175/year ($14.58/Month)
Qualifications: Open to small businesses (one location, no more than 10 employees) and 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations located in the RiNo Art District (see map)

Innovator
Tier 3 Investment: $300/year ($25/Month)
Qualifications: Open to midsize businesses with a location in the RiNo Art District (see map) that employ 10-25 total employees across all locations.

Creative Disruptor
Tier 4 Investment: $1,000/year ($83.33/Month)
Qualifications: Open to large businesses/chain businesses with a location in the RiNo Art District (see map) that employ 26+ employees across all locations.

The RiNo Art District memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. Memberships start the date they are purchased or with your current expiration, if you are renewing early. All monies under the membership are deductible as a trade or business expense.
The RiNo Art District is a 501(c)(6) nonprofit organization that supports the area in retaining its character, supporting artists and creatives, establishing a sense of place and supporting the unique neighborhoods it is a part of—Five Points, Cole, Globeville, Elyria Swansea. The organization champions the district by raising funds through membership, sponsorship, grants and other fundraising.
