Event Space Details


The Truss House is a part of RiNo ArtPark, located in Arkins Park in the RiNo Art District. Arkins Park spans from 35th to Festival Street and is between Brighton Boulevard and the South Platte River. The Truss House address is 3400 Arkins Court.

Before its current renovation into a flexible-use space, the building housed and repaired machinery and trucks for Interstate Trucking Companies. The Truss House has concrete floors, large windows, and high wood barreled ceilings. A spectrum of groups and individuals will use Truss House throughout the years and it will not have one permanent tenant partner.

Lawn

The RiNo Art Park boasts a beautiful 1-acre lawn, inviting you to create unforgettable moments for your private events, all nestled beside the inspiring Truss House.


Interior Spaces

The Truss House includes a main floor & a mezzanine. The large main room is 3641 square feet & has an occupancy of 416 people. There is a secondary room on the main floor, comprised of 754 square feet & an occupancy of 51. There are eight all-gender bathrooms on the main floor. The mezzanine space, accessible by stairs and elevator, is 607 square feet with an occupancy of 40.
