Dateline is excited to announce New Floral new works by Printmaker Miriam Dubinsky. New Floral is Dubinsky's second solo show exploring a new body of mixed media works focusing on hand cut and screen printed paper collages full of electric color combinations. The artist's exploration of bold, tropical floral patterns celebrates the warmth and optimism of fleeting summer months to come, inviting contemplation on themes of the cyclical nature of the natural world we all share.

Miriam Dubinsky is a painter and printmaker working out of Denver, Colorado. She specializes in hand-printed screen prints with painted details along with artist books and zines. Dubinsky employs bright colors and gestural brushwork in her prints and paintings, with the aim to create a joyful experience for viewers of her work.

Originally from Vermillion, South Dakota, Dubinsky grew up in San Francisco, and eventually moved to Chicago where she studied Painting and Printmaking at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. She currently lives, makes art and runs a small business in the Denver metro area.

Please join us Friday August 2nd from 6-11pm for a special first Friday reception featuring new works on canvas and paper as well as a limited edition release of tote bags featuring Dubinsky's Eestival prints.
