TGTHR is Colorado nonprofit, working to end youth homelessness. For youth between the ages of 12-24 TGTHR provides supportive housing, employment assistance, education programs, long-term housing navigation, support and inclusivity groups, family coaching services, life-skills development, mental and physical wellness support, and an array of individual and group activities. TGTHR moves young people from homelessness or unsafe living situations into housing and programs that support their overall well-being. TGTHR’s services are designed to encourage young people to build healthy communities, empower them to set their own goals, and provide them with the tools to become independent.
