Nancy Savage is a Denver-based photographer, whose work has been recognized by national publications such as National Geographic. Nancy has embraced creativity and art in her personal and professional life as long as she can remember. Her first career was owner and Designer of her own Interior Designer Firm for over twenty years. When she decided to retire from that business she felt a need to fill her creative void. Little did she know that her desire and affection for extensive world travel would be the beginning of her photography career. The past twenty plus years Nancy made a commitment to explore and photograph the far ends of the earth and everything in-between. She treasures the many unique and exclusive places she’s been, but her true love is the diversity of people she’s come to know along her journey. She is a Colorado native and her style as a photographer lies somewhere between lifestyle and documentary photography. Nancy documents the candid essence of people, capturing their natural character and emotions.
Nancy’s photography will be featured during the upcoming May First Friday Art Walk. Modern Nomad in conjunction with Ms. Savage invite you to view this collection beginning May 3, 2019, 4–8pm.
Pilgrimage to the OMO Valley is an exclusive collection of photographs, canvases and acrylics that highlight the stories of diverse, Ethiopian tribes in their primitive world. This collection will be exclusively available for purchase during the month of May at Modern Nomad. Modern Nomad invites you to enjoy music and refreshments as well as the chance to meet Ms. Savage on May 3rd from 4p.m. - 8 p.m. An avid world traveler, Nancy will share her life-altering journey to the OMO Valley. Her photography and her stories will allow you to experience a part of the world where very few dare to travel.
