Join us for the kickoff event of our Satellite Saturdays: Summer ArtPark Program!

Starting in May, join us every month at RiNo ArtPark for drop-in activities and to meet our satellite studio artists. Enjoy food trucks, live music, Slam Nuba performances, and interactive workshops!

For the May event, RedLine Resident Alumni Jodi Stuart will facilitate a demonstration and workshop of a 3D Pen process and reveal the inner workings of what she does daily in her studio at the ArtPark.

At noon, 1pm, 2pm, and 3pm, Stuart will demonstrate 3D-Pen forming technique used to create her sculptural works currently on show in the Toxic Positivity. Alto Gallery.

At 1:30pm, 2:30pm, 3:30pm, Stuart will facilitate AR drawing workshops using the free Google App: Just a Line

This workshop is inspired by the famous Paul Klee quote (“A drawing is simply a line going for a walk”), and a simple Augmented Reality drawing app developed by MIT students and Google.

During this workshop, you’ll explore using simple AR to draw in Augmented Reality to interact with space and each other—IRL and in AR. You’ll explore gesture, line, and collaboration. Suitable for all ages.

*NOTE: Device such as cell phone or iPad required. You will also need to download the free app "Just a Line."
