• Did You Know: you can still donate blood after receiving the flu shot. There is no waiting period – you could even donate blood the same day if you're fever-free! Get your flu shot in RiNo on Oct 27th or 31st - DETAILS HERE
• Empty classrooms due to the COVID pandemic are not only a hardship on students and teachers - they also put patients' lives at risk. More than 800 blood drives have been forced to cancel this fall, resulting in a shortfall of about 27,000 potential uncollected donations. Vitalant needs donors of all blood types with an urgent need for O-negative donors.
• Can you help in the fight against COVID-19? Donate blood to help patients relying on blood transfusions and if you test positive for COVID-19 antibodies, you could also help those fighting the virus!
