Denver Public Works announcement: Removal of Unauthorized Parking Signs
Now that the Walnut parking and pedestrian project is complete, Public Works (PW) will soon be conducting a sweep of the corridor between Broadway and Downing to identify and/or remove all unauthorized parking and loading signs that have been installed in the public right-of-way (ROW). Unauthorized signs that exist within the ROW will be removed by PW and Community Planning and Development will issue citations for signs that have been installed on building facades without required permits. Vehicles parked in spaces with unauthorized parking or loading signs are subject to parking citations or towing. Signs in private lots or garages, outside of the public right of way, will not be affected. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
