We are seeking an artist to paint a mural in our clubhouse amenity space in Fabrica RiNo (coworking building) on the majority of the wall dividing the clubhouse and gym space measuring approximately 350 square feet. The gym and clubhouse are under construction and the walls will be finished to a Level 5. We are looking for something that is slightly funky, but not overwhelming. The mural could celebrate local Denver culture, RiNo, or the history of the building, which used to be a food distribution and pallet manufacturing location.

The attached image is just a rendering and should not be viewed as a mandate for the mural design. In fact, we would hope for a design a little funkier than what is shown. The space is being built out this summer and we would coordinate mural painting ideally starting in early August, but can be slightly flexible on timing.
