Are you looking for a fun alternative to traditional therapy modalities and a respite away from everyday Covid-era stress and anxiety? Or simply a way to expand upon your creativity? Join us for a music and art-making experience geared towards creative individuals.

Explore your internal creative, emotional, and intellectual landscapes through music identity exploration, a guided relaxation and music experience, and an opportunity to process the journey through art. It's recommended that participants have access to art materials of their choice (for example: pen and paper, pastels, paint, markers, colored pencils, etc.).

Featuring Victoria Druziako, MA, MT-BC, LCAT, a licensed creative arts therapist and board-certified music therapist working with adults with mental health and substance abuse issues in Brooklyn, NY for the past 6 years.

Tools for the Creative Life is a workshop series aimed at providing creatives with connection, new skills, inspirational capital, and tools to craft a healthy creative ecosystem. Presented in partnership by the RiNo Arts District, Transforming Creatives, CBCA, the Creative Integration Initiative, and Denver Public Library.
